A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction regarding QMD’s certification activities, personnel, representatives, auditors, or certified customers, where a response is expected.
An appeal is a request to reconsider a certification decision, reviewed independently by an impartial technical reviewer not involved in the original audit or decision. All submissions are handled fairly and without discrimination, and will not affect your certification status or timeline.
